Sears once America’s largest and most important retailer could very be going into its last Christmas shopping season. kra31 at The Sears chain had 2000 stores as recently as 20 years ago and more than 200 stores when it emerged from bankruptcy in 2019. Another four operate in malls in Braintree Massachusetts; Concord California; El Paso Texas; and Orlando Florida.
